Today, Klient supports hierarchical task structures using WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), where parent tasks (e.g., phases) contain child tasks (e.g., detailed activities). In our workflows, hours and revenue are assigned only at the subtask level, while the parent task represents a logical grouping such as a project phase. However, there is no way to aggregate expected revenue at the parent (phase) level in the same way that costs can currently be aggregated.


Desired Outcome:

The ideal solution would mirror the existing “Budgeted Cost Including Subtasks” functionality, but for revenue. Change Licensing Plans to be based on tiers replacing all users on same plan

As we add more functionality and head to the AI licensing it becomes very cost prohibitive to put a timesheet only user on a $79 a month plan. Utilizing PMs to enter timesheets weekly is not a productive use of their time.


Desired Outcome:

The idea is to create licensing tiers based on functionality. For example, timesheet-only users are assigned a basic license at a lower cost per user/per month

Currently on some of the date pickers I can click on "today" to go directly to the current date. On other date pickers the "today" shortcut is not available.

Today, when I try to create invoices for specific Accounts with unique invoicing requirements, I cannot because the system only allows invoicing information (formatting, payment schedule, etc.) to come from the Organization level. This creates inefficiencies and requires custom flows to handle exceptions.


Desired Outcome:

I would like to be able to define whether invoicing information upon invoice creation comes from the Organization or directly from the Account. This should be configurable on a per-Account basis.

The My Timesheets page shows a single Utilization % driven by a fixed formula. For firms with a custom utilization definition, that number often doesn't match internal reporting, and the only workaround today is to hide the column entirely. This idea asks for two display-layer options so customers can surface a number that actually matches how their managers evaluate utilization. -My Timesheets is bound to a fixed Resource Utilization field. The Klient Timesheet Configuration article mentions "utilization % fields" without naming which one is actually displayed. -The displayed number is target-scaled (denominator includes Work Week Hours × Target Utilization), which means it shows "% of target hit" rather than raw utilization. That's meaningful for some workflows and confusing for others and there's no way to switch.


Desired Outcome:

-Field picker. Add a config option on the Klient Timesheet Configuration custom setting (alongside the existing Disable Utilization Display On Timesheet) that lets an admin pick which Resource Utilization field drives the My Timesheets column. Options could include: --All managed % fields (Utilization %, Billable Utilization, Billable Utilization Including PTO, Total Hours Utilization, etc.) --Any custom formula field on the Resource Utilization object (this is the one that unlocks things for firms with their own definition) -Display-mode toggle.
